DIY Stores

Nowadays every sizeable town has DIY stores with integrated garden centres. GEDO has developed, built and let out a large number of these retail warehouses.

In conurbations with high property prices GEDO either designs two-storey DIY stores or arranges parking space in underground or multi-storey car parks.

Most DIY stores with a garden centre however are single-storeyed with sales space of between 6,000 m² and 15,000 m² on properties measuring approx. 15,000 m² to 50,000 m².
