Garden Centres

The spread of large-scale garden centres in medium-sized and large towns and cities has also been very successful for years now.

For more than 20 years the GEDO/DRF Group has been committed to this rapidly expanding sector.

For instance, well over 50 garden centres with sales space of up to 6,000 m² have been let out on long-term leases to the market leader Dehner.

Sales space of that size calls for properties covering a total of some 15,000 m² to 18,000 m².

Although garden centres are normally sited in the vicinity of other retail warehouses, they can also be located at stand-alone sites.
