GEDO puts the building measures for a new centre into action using experienced construction companies. Where possible local building and craft firms are considered.

Usually the real estate company acting as the building owner remains the long-term owner of the property. The experienced centre management companies already involved in the development process ensure the sustained success of the centre.

GEDO’s own centre managers are responsible for the shopping centre continuing to attract the local populace years down the line.
